A fantastic welcome awaits at the LR Guest House. An old property converted into rooms in the heart of Lisbon. I was there only for 2 nights attending a conference but it was perfect for my needs (although there was no ensuite, I had my own large bathroom a few steps away, dressing gown and slippers provided). the most impressive aspect were the managers, they were very friendly an I felt that they cared about their guests. On arrival, David welcomed me with a coffee and a slice of cake from the...

Excellent location. Large room, very comfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Great stay, everything required for a short city break. Clean, tidy, amazing choice at breakfast. Location is superb. Only negative is no safe/tea or coffee in room and slow check in process. But after viewing many hotels in Lisbon this was a great choice!

It's my last day in Lisbon and I'm sat in the garden at The Late Birds wishing I didn't have to leave! I'm always picky with my hotel choices, I spend ages choosing just the right place and I'm always disappointed by something, but not at The Late Birds. Everything was perfect and totally lived up to the reviews from all the other guests who've been lucky enough to stay here. It's an old building with a subtle modern renovation that makes it feel like real luxury. Tucked away down a small quiet...

Amazing stay, Ricardo and Jorge couldn’t do enough to help us. The guest house is clean and tidy, we stayed in the Africa themed room, good fun! Great location in Belém too

Service was fantastic , great breakfast, nice pool, and a very pretty Hotel. Minor downside the TV's were not working due to a replacement process that was stalled

liked great position in relation to accessing centre of Lisbon and also airport, liked easy parking great shower and comfy bed but needs more pillows

We enjoyed a relaxed and comfortable stay at Emporium Lisbon suites. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equpped and comfortable. We explored Lisbon on foot and this was a perfect base, being well positioned and close to many of the top visitor attractions, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. We were welcomed by Andrea who was most courteous, helpful and charming - nothing was too much trouble for her! Whilst Lisbon seems to be undergoing extensive renovation projects in many areas,...

Amazing location, friendly staff. Great place to stay in Lisboa

Very typical city centre apartment. Easy walk to historic centre 20 minutes. Good location. Staff very helpful.

There was only 2 parking spaces available at the property so if hiring a car, worth checking availability but free street parking available. Lovely, helpful local owner. Vey clean, new looking rooms, lovely continental breakfast. Would recommend

A lovely place to stay while visiting Lisbon. The rooms were clean, service was wonderful and the downstairs restaurant was delicious…the layout of the is a bit odd but adds to the charm. Breakfast was also fab!

Nice location near the old town , staff are very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean , the cafe for breakfast is basic but it’s enough for a quick grab and go . Overall a very nice stay for couple of days .

This is a beautiful guest house in a very central location, meters from the beach. The room and bathroom are of a good size. Everything you need is within walking distance. Valter, the owner, is what makes this place so special. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was available if we needed him, he gave useful tips about restaurants, and was friendly and helpful.

The building itself is amazing and beautifully restored. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Best breakfast ever!!!

A superb find!! Staff exceptional. Breakfast exceptional
