"I felt welcome the moment i walked through the door. The staff were. amazing and helpful, and they had greeat recommendations on what to do in the area. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room itself was tiny, but i had a great view of the city. The ac worked exceptionally wel. Be aware that you will climb many hills and stairs to get to the hotel. "

"The breakfast buffet every morning was a real treat but started late at 8am. The room was tiny but the bathroom was very modern and spacious. Counter top space was lacking. Overall the staff was very courteous and free water bottles and coffee at all times was very nice. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and sites. The shuttle stop is virtually right at the entry to the hotel. It wasn’t particularly a great value at around $270 per night."

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "

"The property was very nice, well located near downtown Lisbon and close to a Metro station. It took staff over 24 hours to send access code (since it’s fully automated) and they had to be called in order to see what was going on. Overall, the hotel and service was very good and comfortable and would recommend."

"Message on front desk said I need to follow instructions sent in an email. However, no email was sent by the property with any instructions and I was unable to check in. Had to spend the night with the family at the airport instead. "

"We had a lovely stay with an amazing view of the downtown. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because there was a reall weird smell in our room like an auto shop that gave us headaches other than that. It’s a cute little hostel "

"Absolutely wonderful staff here! I don’t think you could find more helpful friend people in all of Lisbon. Just a warning that there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the street below. But don’t let that stop you from booking, just bring earplugs or turn on a white noise app and you’ll be fine. "

"The property is located in the heart of the city centre. So walkable to and from so many dining options, sites, and shopping. It is not that far from the airport as well. It is clean and staff were so helpful."

"Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator."
