"This was a lovely hotel - we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The breakfast was nice - and the omelet station was great. The staff for breakfast was very upbeat and friendly. The bar/ happy hour was great - I liked the free bar snacks that were provided and the comp beverages were very good. We had dinner - highly recommend the Chicken Pablano soup!!

"The floor was not mopped. The bathroom door was stained and not able to close properly. There were no toiletries and there were stains on the sheets. The room doors were located outside and not enclosed in a building; similar to a motel. "

"I'm not sure how this property is rated as high as it is on Hotels.com.
It is very dated & was not clean. The towels are dingy, there is some sort of peel & stick on the bathtub and the edges are curling up.
The drain in the tub/shower was not draining so we asked to be changed to a different room. The property was sold out so that was not an option, but they did get maintenance to fix that problem. These type issues should be fixed before guests arrive - it was so gross taking a shower while standing in the dirty water.
The property is just run-down and definitely needs an update, but the property definitely needs to be cleaner."

"My initial room had several issues and the staff moved me to a different room. The room i was moved to was great. Annette, the front desk clerk, was helping and made sure that I got what I needed. "

"Right away I noticed construction worker cars in the parking lot and workers staying inside. I saw no families. I asked Tiffany at the front desk and she did tell me most people who stay are construction workers. From the outside it looks nice. Inside is dated. Staff is nice. Can’t comment on breakfast or pool area. "
