I liked the thorough direction of letting you know where your room is when I arrived. The pool had just opened so it was very clean, and they had some decent channelsto watch tv at least, but I didn't like seeing short hair follicles on the bed sheet I was going to sleep in along w/ the suspicious redish stains on it, or the long pink hair strand that was on the washcloth I was about to use to wash my body with..made me paranoid that they don't wash everything, and feeling it was unsanitary that I was more than likely reusing used things ppl just put their DNA on.

I like the architecture design and the room we stayed in because it's more spacious, but during our stay, there was a blackout, but we thought they had a generator to back up the electricity. I was bringing my kids, and one got anxiety because it's too dark. But anyhow, I would like to recommend repainting the walls in their bathroom because it seems there's mold. Overall, it was an average rate to stay in this hotel.

Affordability shouldn’t be a synonym of poor quality. With the exception of having 3 beds in a room which is really nice for a family of 5, the rest was really poor. The room had roaches, restroom and room was really dirty, sheets had stains, towels were dirty and pool was full of stray cats. The ladder to get to the room is falling apart and the breakfast was poor quality and selection

The front staff was great, very friendly. We did not have a problem with them. The room was very filthy. The room smelled like smoke when we went in. The carpet had stains and was missing in some areas, like it was badly scuffed. The sheets and pillows were dirty and stained. It looked like someone stepped on the pillow. The door to the bathroom and entrance door were stained, like someone scratched them with something brown and reddish. We found trash hidden behind our bed. The toilet was not properly cleaned and had poopy stains.
