Snail found on drapes it's a little run down. Needs some TLC. Good hot water but the soap dishes were missing and there will be damage to the shower soon!

We had a great stay here. We were very happy with the property cleanliness and the upkeep. Breakfast in the morning was adequate and a nice amenity for the stay. The staff was very friendly as well.

We saw a bug the first night that I think just came in from outside. The morning though we saw a roach. Won’t be back. The rooms were big size.

The bed / room was gross. pulled back sheets and bugs in the bed. Stains all over mattress. I canceled my reservation and left immediately.

Hotel was a mix of nice and slightly worn. Granite table sink and countertops with rusty light fixtures. Nice lobby and breakfast with garishly painted rooms. Not really bad for the price but nothing to write home about.

Barhroom lock stuck alot, mildew on curtains, frig rusted and not cooling well, only bathroom light snd 1 small light by bed worked, so room stayed dark, tub had reddish stains which were unable to be removed, foot print on side of tub.

The front desk people were very nice. The property is unclean, unkempt, and unsafe. I fell on the wet painted pavement in front of the entrance. Painted cement should have some texture to it to prevent people from slipping and falling. When I tried to get up, I slipped again because I couldn’t get any traction. Two people had to pick me upright.

bathroom was so small you had to step into the narrow space between toilet and tub to allow enough room to close the door. The shower plastic handle was chipped with sharp edges. Room did not have even basic cable only 3 or 4 channels of direct tv. Had to kill 2 wasps in room and wife is allergic

Our stay was terrible, we couldn't take a shower due to it not working and that's a problem because I had my 7 month old grandson with me. The phone didn't work and the TV service was terrible. I would like a refund

Average hotel. Good place for short stay
The hotel overall is just average. It would have received a good overall review for me if the locks and doors feel more secured and the blankets smells freshly washed. The room overall needs to be updated.

The hotel is under new ownership of only a few months. There has been a upgrade in progress to the place as I have stayed there for an event over the pa st three years. If you are looking for a higher quality stay, then there are other hotels like LaQuinta. The Croix is a clean, average place to stay. Loved the soft bed.The staff was friendly and attentive.Breakfast is average of the usual fare of scrambled eggs, sausage and waffle iron. My only real negativesare the tubs need something for non-slippage and the absence of workable ice machines. The rates are reasonable for the stay.

Has seen better days.
Hotel needs a makeover. Door didn’t seal properly with gaps large enough for bugs to crawl through on all sides. Lamp had a large amount of rust. Door deadbolt kept sticking. TV only had about 8 analog channels. Doors connecting to room next door blocked no sound and I could clearly hear conversations from people next door. Room has popcorn ceilings which tells of its age and lack of updating.

Facility in bad need of general maintenance.
This is our third stay at your facility. I was told it was under new management & changes had been made. It took over 30 min to check in even thought I was the only one doing so. the pot holes are still in the parking lot & driveway, only larger this year. Our room's #133 door had to be forced open & closed. There were 2 chairs in the room, each had one broken arm. The sink was very slow to drain. General of the room's appearance was OK all thought the dresser was in need of painting. The bed was very noisey on entering. There was only one ice machine working in the complex, the other was turned off. The morning we checked out both pots of coffee were cold. There was no mix to make waffles with
