Difficult when you have an issue with the room. There is no one to run upstairs and fix it.
Lovely location!

The towels were very fluffy! Walking distance from the touristy stuff of Seattle, like Pike Place.
The building code that they gave us didn’t work so we were locked out in the pouring rain and it took a long time for them to contact us back to give us a new code to get in.
Our room is so much better than the reviews i have read! The shower is full size, the kitchen has everything i need to cook, the bed is comfy, the view is amazing.
Below is the explanation of why it would be the worst option to stay at this hotel for Seattle vacation
1. Booking and description of the room: the room was advertised as ocean view which was a total lie( I have pictures and videos of both unit sides view which are building view)
2. In the amenities, they advertised parking available which is another lie ( you have to park in downtown overnight parking)
3. Customer service: our room supposed to be ready at 4pm. I have received a message around 3:40ish that the room is not available until 5. We entered our room at 5:20 and the dirtiness of the room was disaster. The cleaning lady (who was the only hotel staff that was super nice, polite and friendly) saw us in the room and told us the room is not ready
I had to call the hotel support line ( since it’s self check-in and there is no reception) and they told me send us an email to raise your concern and it will be reviewed by our team. After 3 calls they gave me small credit which I assume it is related to room not being ready and it was the least they could do after the terrible customer service they provided.
4. Quality of stay: you could not sleep at all because of the noise. I’m talking about screaming people at 3 a.m noise and not normal noise.
Close to everything! Full kitchen! Pike place market 1 block!

When I arrived to my room, it was dirty- maid service hadn’t come despite it being 4pm and I received a code to enter my room. The customer service was challenging to say the least. No one knew when my room would be ready. I was told multiple times they’d call housekeeping and call me back. No one did. I spoke to multiple people and none of them seemed to have an answer or knew what was going on. I understand things happen and there is a storage of employees, but if someone had done a better of communicating with me, I would have been more understanding. I wasted over 1.5 of my time in Seattle visiting with my nieces because I was dealing with the Kasa. Almost two hour after check in, I called Kasa and was told my room was ready- I disappointed because no one bothered to call me. I made it back to my room 45 minutes later to find housekeeping still in my room. Let’s hope the bed is comfy!
