We ejoyed our stay and would stay there again if we were in the area. The vertual staff took a little getting use to but when we needed them, they were very responsive. The location is perfect and the little apartment had almost everything we needed. A couple small items of note. There were no hangers in the closets (but we made it work). On Wed when we arrived the jar of clothes washing pods was full, but when we went to wash clothes Sat night there was only one (luckily we only needed to do one load). We highly recommend this property.

Stayed at this location for PAX West. You pay for what you get at this location. Some good things, some bad made this a middle-of-the-road option. Beware those booking through Expedia: This location has no AC. Though listed on the hotel site, no mention is made on Expedia for this. The temperature didn't turn out being an issue as it was early September and the nights were cool enough, but I could imagine staying during warmer weather would be miserable. The staff will provide additional fans upon request, which they thankfully did for our stay. However, sleeping with the windows open invites the new problem of having to deal with noisy Seattle street nights. Not really a problem if sleeping in the bedroom whose window faces in towards the block, but hell without earplugs (which were provided) for anyone sleeping in the living room with a window facing the street. We were in a room on the 6th floor, and there were some areas of the ceiling where there were mildew stains from where I'd assume the roof had been leaking. Furniture was fine. I was surprised to find that this location had a kitchen that was fully equipped with pans, dishes, spices, basically everything you'd need to cook your own meals if you were so inclined, though our stay was only two nights, so it went unused. Also surprised to find out that the hotel was spitting distance from the Pike Place Market, a bustling place to find all kinds of great food and practically the only place I ate during my stay.

Kasa building was not what expected! Laundry was not in the apartment rather the building. There was no AC and the fans barely worked. Plumbing I had a cold shower twice so I checked out early.

Online virtual check in without an actual front desk worked well. Our room was a studio with a kitchen. It was small but clean. One negative was the small shower needed a hand held shower head, or at least a head that is directable. I had to step out of the shower to rinse the lower half of my body.

Our stay at Kasa was great we loved the location and were able to walk safely to what we wanted to do! the room was spacious and well designed. the only complaint was no AC and we were they on one of the hottest days of the year. we did get fans which were nice. I think it could've been a little better cleaned before we got there but overall pretty clean. Great stay highly recommend.
