"One complaint: Not a business friendly hotel. I had to conduct several Zoom conferences while in Seattle. I have never had a problem with hotel internet before. At this hotel the internet does not sustain a Zoom conference. It was embarrassing I asked at the desk if I could purchase a better internet package. You can't. Apparently, the general manager is aware of the problem, having been told about the issue several times and will do nothing about it.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to the train, monorail and market. Easy access from the airport by train. Beautiful, well maintained old hotel with a wonderful and friendly staff."
