"Clean room, super friendly staff, they had complimentary water at the entrance which was very nice They let us check in 45 minutes earlier and they store our luggage until 5 pm (we checked out at 9 am), I lost the tag and they were super helpful and it wasn’t a hassle at all getting back our luggage The area was great! Everything was super close, I would totally stay here again. "

"The location was great. The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. One thing that I would like to see would be in the bathrooms a modern toilet rather than the Barbie house toilet. For a 6 foot 190 pound person, It’s almost too small to even try to sit on. Other than that, it was a great place. "

"We stay here whenever we visit Seattle (3-4 times a year). The ONLY downside to the hot is the parking. Most of the time, parking isn’t an issue. They have onsite, underground parking which is a big reason we chose them originally. Twice over the years, their parking is full and we were literally the last ones in and had to park on the ramp. That scares me to death that my car will be hit by someone not paying attention! It would be great if they contacted with someplace close when they over book parking. Outside of parking, the hotel is fantastic and the rooftop sitting area is great! "

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around."
