"The staff is what did it for me! The ladies that were making and serving breakfast were so patient and kind. One of my grandkids spilled a glass of juice all over the floor and the lady who cleaned it up made sure we did not feel bad about it. She was so sweet and really could have been very upset and made him feel even worse about it. The room cleaners and desk staff were all awesome there too! There were 7 of us between 3 rooms throughout the week and we felt very welcomed and accomadated, inspite of the amount of noise and chaos that we likely added to the place all week. The food was a little different every morning so we enjoyed a little variety throughout the week and it was very good. Even during the last half hour of breakfast, they were willing to refill hot food when it ran out. The whole place was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again😁"

"The room was clean. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so you could only watch cable, no streaming. The surrounding area did not feel safe but the hotel felt secure. No breakfast, but the coffee was good. "

"Staff on duty when we checked in couldn't get the keys set up properly. Had to hand walk both my group and another to their room to let them in. There was no silverware at breakfast, no towels in the pool. The air conditioning unit had a bright flashing light that strobed all hours. Overall this is what I would have expected from a low cost motel not what I've come to expect for this brand. Will not be booking this location again. "

"The only good thing was the air conditioner worked. Two thin sheets well used pillows, terrible matris..bed skirt was randomly shoved under mattress. Sticky floors, every thing in the room dinged, scuffed, or broken "

"Roaches crawling all over the bathroom soon as your turn the light on. Room linen was never changed. Mold on, all in the bathroom ceiling and shower walls. Mold in the bedroom ceiling. Smelled of cigarettes, through out the hotel. Near the airport but a terrible area."

"There was some kind of sorority reunion at the hotel that weekend. There was not adequate parking. People were parking in the street, at the entrance, and at the fast food place next door. All of the vehicles parked at the fast food place were broken into. At least 4 vehicles parked at the back of the hotel were broke into by smashing out windows. This hotel is not a proper place to host a event like this."
