"Very nice property however no smart TV and adjoining rooms had away too many people arguing loudly that disturbed my sleep. The shuttle driver was extremely personable! Great guy!"

"The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to go eat and when we came back we decided to ask for a double bed room just to be able to sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have pictures but I don’t see where I can add them."

"I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!! We walked downstairs was going to leave she told us she had a room right by desk *** so we relented, Walked in the room and there was a roach crawling up the wall.... needless to say we didn't stay. I asked for a refund had just been charged for the $25 pet fee she assured me she reversed the charge (didnt fall off had call credit card co to dispute) and I am still working on getting refund for the room a week later. I am not posting the young lady's name who tried to help me she was very apologetic but I would not recommend staying here at all. We were also approached by someone else outside begging for change that I thought was going to climb in our truck as we were putting the luggage back into leave"

"First time at this hotel and was very disappointed being a Westin property. Definitely older and long in the tooth! "

"The hotel had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the room itself also smelled bad. Additionally, the lamp in the room was broken. Each day, the room key had to be reprogrammed as it would stop working. The staff was not particularly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited. Overall, I would not recommend this property."

"This Days Inn was definitely affordable but honestly could have been even cheaper in my opinion. Upon arriving my Lyft driver, was worried for me and mentioned it was not a recommended area to stay because the area wasn't "desirable". I scuffed off the warning, well because I felt that sometimes people judge places by the people that populate it, so i didn't care for it. Welp, place definitely has seen better days, looked run down, and they did try, front desk clerks were friendly, but thennnn hallway smelled of mold. When I got to my room it smelled nice, looked under the bed found some things that possibly the last person who stayed there left (a sock and a pack of gum) no big deal. However, what really creeped me out was the condition of the door to my room. When I was about to lay down, I looked over to the door to make sure it was locked and I noticed there was a big gap from the bottom of the door to the floor, I didn't notice this coming in. When I went to go check it out, I notice the door must have been kicked in from the outside previously, it was a little bent inward. I did not feel safe at that point, because what could have possibly gone down for something like this to happen and the establishment not replace this in time??? Since I got the room from a third-party agency I knew I wasn't getting a refund, I stuffed the bottom of the door with the towels provided in the bathroom and put a chair in front of the door just in case."
