"Extremely overpriced for what you get. The $42.00 per plate Breakfast buffet was identical to the "FREE" breakfast buffet found at any "Choice Awards" hotel such as Days Inn, Comfort Inn Sleep Inn etc., etc.! Not to mention the food/drinks offered at the Westin were horrible. No mini fridge in the room making it possible to keep purchased items cool/cold, forcing constant trips out to ridiculously priced lounge. We were not offered any transportation tips or help finding transportation around the city such as maps, location of taxi service or any type of shuttle service. We will not return to any Weston property again."

"The staff did a really good job cleaning our room each day. Kudos to the cleaning staff!"

"When we got to our room, it was cold. The heating unit was blowing cold air. We requested to have someone come check the unit out; we were told to leave it at 70 degrees to warm the room up. We left for the afternoon and when we returned to the room was it was freezing. With lots of back and forth from the room to the front desk, we were offered another room. When I went to the room to gather my belongings, the room finally warmed up. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience. "
