"This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like paradise. Loved the daily shuttle down to Ubud, but also only 40k in a taxi. Rooms were gorgeous, we had the valley view suite, room was huge with amazing view. The pool was also great with amazing views, felt like you were in the middle of no where whilst being close enough to the center of Ubud. Staff were so helpful. Had a massage in the spa and that was wonderful! Would definitely return here "

"It is everything I wanted. I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport…everything and everyone was 200% perfect. The only thing that people should be aware of, the toilet seat is higher than usual. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere (like any tropical area), so bring repellent."

"Amazing hotel. Had a super lovely stay the rooms are very spacious and clean. The friendliness and hospitality of the team here at jungle kayon is above and beyond. The pools are amazing and insta worthy posts if you are into that. The in house entertainment at night is wonderful every night is different. It’s very secluded and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to return. "

"Kappa Senses is an excellent property. I loved my stay with them. The rooms are stunning - I was in a private villa. The food was delicious and I appreciated that there were gluten free options available. The staff and the service were fantastic and they went above and beyond everyday - even running after me to return my Louis Vuitton wallet filled with cash and cards that I somehow left as I was checking out. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to ever return to ubud. The only things I’d note for other travelers to consider would be that if you are looking for zen, there were children around so a private villa would be the way to go. I also wasn’t expecting so many people to be smoking and would’ve loved a smoke-free area at dinner and by the pools. The resort is also just off the main road in Bali which is quite busy and dangerous to walk along so you will need transportation into/around ubud (the hotel provides a shuttle). "
