"We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean.
We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great.
Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating."

Well trained and very polite staff. Hotel is located in the scenic beauty of Panchgani. Its very well maintained. Has kids zone with age appropriate toys, video game, etc. Snooker, table tennis are the attractions. Evenings are enlighted with drums. Day and night views are spectacular. The restaurant food is good and has a good spread of varieties.
I would like to come back here and was offered a discount as well on next booking.
