"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was friendly and the massage was really good as well. Highly recommend if you're spending a couple of days here. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating with travel help and anything else we needed. "

"Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers. Strictly need to focus on cleanliness!! "

Views from the valley view room are fantastic! Overall a very good place to have a nice, relaxing holiday! We would definitely visit again! "
