"We loved our stay! If possible, having different breakfast options each day might make longer stays a bit better, rather than the same menu each day. I’d recommend a manager’s “reception” each night with wine, cheese, fruit, etc. The house is definitely made for entertaining. Also, while the soaps in the bathroom were nice, switching to a spa brand might also make it a bit nicer. Our room, the Maria Pia was very comfortable and it was nice hanging out in the common areas. The parking was incredible, given the historic home’s location. I’d definitely recommend the Batcheller Mansion Inn and stay here again! "
"The Inn at Saratoga is very nice. It’s got an old world feel, but it is the oldest continuously Operating hotel in Saratoga Springs. It feels nice not outdated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Kb"
"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."
