"Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want...

"Confusing a bit at check in. Sign says get info in mailbox to check in. Nothing so I called heard owner talking about me not reading text message. Didn't know too. Prob better to take the sign down and say check text for check in"

"The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again."
