Tem boa localização. O apartamento em si deixa a desejar no banheiro, q ate tem espaço total bom, mas pra mim provavelmente por um erro de projeto fizeram um bom minúsculos, apertadíssimo pra tomar banho. Outro problema é um cheiro de esgoto que retorna para dentro do apartamento.
