Very convenient location, charmingly retro hotel decor and vibe -- everything about the lobby and room felt like 1979, but well-maintained and with WiFi. Breakfast was standard Brazilian hotel breakfast, that is, tasty, varied, and on par with a high-end US hotel breakfast. Staff were courteous and competent.

The hotel was old, haven’t been updated in a while. The bathroom doors didn’t work/close all the way, the shower needs to be changed, water licking from the shower into the bathroom floor. The breakfast food was just okay. I would rather stay somewhere else next time

Quarto limpo, hotel com bom custo x beneficio, e o atendimento inicial foi bom. Entretanto, o tipo de quarto que eu reservei não foi o disponibilizado inicialmente, e tive dificuldade em resolver. As fotos não condiziam com o quarto oferecido, até que insisti para resolver. Quiseram cobrar uma taxa para um teórico “upgrade” na qual eu já tinha selecionado outro tipo de quarto na reserva.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quartos amplos e limpos. O prédio é mais antigo, mas os banheiros foram reformados e o quartos são bem amplos. A cama é confortável, mas poderia ser renovada. Café da manhã muito bom e com uma boa variedade. A localização também é muito boa com bastante comercio e restaurantes em volta. Acho um ótimo custo benefício.

Good people, terrible internet.

Staff was ok, but the room's conditions, especially the internet, was very bad... I stayed in room at the first floor, close to the street and very nosy. The bathroom had a lot of leaks, but the worst, was the internet, wich is very precious in a business journey. A equipe do hotel é boa, mas as condições do quarto, especialmente da internet, eram muito ruins. Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andat, próximo à rua e muito barulhento. O banheiro tinha uma série de vazamentos, mas o pior, foi a internet, algo muito precioso para quem viaja a serviço.

Fiquei durante três noites, o hotel até que não é ruim, mas a TV não funcionava nenhum canal, os roteadores de internet sem conexão, e o pessoal não abria o acesso para a piscina. Mesmo solicitando e reclamando, nada foi feito. Pelo valor, acredito que tem outros muito melhores na região.

Hotel com ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável, porem o café da manha fraquissimo com poucas opções. Na primeira vez fui pedir pra fritarem um ovo e me cobraram 4 reais, ja na segunda me disseram que não poderiam fazer, pois o hotel estava cheio. Em tantos hoteis que ja fiquei hospedado nunca vi ser negado um pedido de fritar um ovo. Espero que isso possa melhorar com o decorrer do tempo.
