"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã.

"Desde a chegada até a saída a equipe atenciosa. O rapaz que nos recebeu inclusive fez questão de levar a mala mesmo eu recusando. Nos levou até o quarto, pegamos o mais simples mas era perfeito, enorme, super limpo, só o chuveiro que não aqueceu muito. Bem decorado e equipado. Travesseiro maravilhoso. "
