"We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers of people. Don’t expect intimate fine dining or quiet relaxation by the pool. There were hoards of conference guests wearing their company attire - to be fair, they were all well behaved but in no way represented the image presented on either the hotel or Expedia website . And it costs top dollar and would expect something more sophisticated. My wife also spotted that (1)the dining area felt like a factory (2) the air conditioning units on properties were rusty (3) the sun umbrellas were plastic (4) outdoor pool furniture was not well maintained (5) public areas noisy (6) music too loud around pools which you could not escape."

"Lo mejor a rescatar es la proximidad de la playa (una cuadra), con tiendas en la esquina, y Gabriel te trae lo que necesites. El apartamento "Junior" olio feo al entrar, sin duda necesita un nuevo refrigerador y limpiar sus ventanas, un par de pequenas mejoras para comodidad del pasajero, como perchas en el closet. Nos toco fiesta al lado, musica bien fuerte desde Sab a Dgo, aun espero la nota fiscal que solicite a Gabriel. Estoy satisfecha pero creo que para captar clientes que deseen volver, puede mejorar en varios sentidos. Espero que esta review sea de utilidad."
