A estadia em si foi ótima, quarto muito confortável, porém a princípio a recepção teve dificuldade em localizar minha reserva, e na manhã seguinte alguém (não sei se do hotel) tentou entrar no nosso quarto por 3 ou 4x. E quando questionamos a pessoa disse que foi informado que o quarto estava como que havia feito check-out. isso foi terrível, atrapalhou nosso sono!

A estadia foi perfeita, local lindo. Única consideração que tenho é referente ao quarto, no anúncio no qual fechei a compra mostrava quarto superior com jacuzzi na parte externa do quarto. O quarto no qual fomos hospedamos não existia essa área externa com jacuzzi, somente banheira interna.

Muito caro para o que entregam. O elevador tem cheiro de mofo, tinha barata no banheiro, lugares insuficientes para os hóspedes sentarem no horário do café, café simples, acabou a luz e não tinha gerador - ficamos sem elevador - e o centro de convenções é muito distante (não é no mesmo prédio!) - choveu e não tinham sombrinhas para chegarmos até lá.

Instalaciones y piezas limpias y excelente atención de su personal, quienes incluso nos permitieron usar sus instalaciones pese al check out, atendido que nuestro vuelo era de noche. Muy buena calidad de la comida en el desayuno. El único problema que se encuentra un poco a trasmano de los ingleses (para salir del hotel hay que caminar 7 minutos aprox a pie y para llegar al centro de los ingleses son otros 10 minutos más aprox). Pero en todo lo demás es excelente! Volvería nuevamente.
