"The staff were very helpful and offered kind assistance to our requests. However, we found the light of the hotel room was a bit too dark and not enough charging sockets near the bedside. "

"Room was clean and tidy, however, our air con unit was not working. The host did provide a fan which helped a bit. Limited amenities, however, plenty of shops and places to eat nearby."

"A nice cozy boutique hotel in a quiet area. When we arrived, we were met by the most lovely host, who provided personal service, a complimentary drink and great information about where to eat in the area.
I cannot recommend this place enough and will stay here again, if I return to Rome."

"Request to get the safe working didn't produce any results over 3 days. No hot water one day. Rooms are stylish, but lack practical things like drawers and hooks for clothing"

"Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas. "
"The location was convenient to all places in Rome. The room was spotless, the free breakfast was amazing and the staff were all courteous and helpful."
" Clean, quiet environment , in a centric comercial location near metro and taxis sites , ample room and bathroom, bilateral electricity sockets near bed"
"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"
"This hotel is lovely with excellent service! The room is small and it’s a bit off the beaten path but that didn’t take away from the charm at all. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I would stay there again and I would highly recommend."
