Being away from the city center and next door to metro and bus station was very convenient. Nice bar area for relaxing and good restaurant. Hotel looks new, staff very helpful.

Modern hotel. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. But, it is across from the train station and bus station. This makes it convenient for some but if you are there for sight seeing, you are not near the historic areas and traffic is horrible. We spent a lot of time and money moving through the city. For what it cost in cab fares or Uber you might want to put that money in a historic hotel near the sights.

When I booked this hotel, expedia promised good location, with train station nearby, in good area. When I arrived there, everything is too far, location is terrible. When we did our check in at the lobby, we were told to be careful of robbers, and to not use metro or train because they were very insecure. We asked for a cancellation since it was not at all what was promised. Everyone at the hotel said yes when we talked to them, however, Expedia sent an email three days later telling us we could not have a reimbursement for the ight we didn't stay. Not recommend. I was in Rome to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary, and this experience was terrible.

Great, clean, comfortable room, wonderful staff. Perfectly situated for transfers from the airport/train station to buses. We liked it so much we stayed a second time on our way home. Only negatives are it's a bit inconvenient/outside the tourist center of Rome and the restaurant on-site was not good - we actually had to return something that was inedible. That being said, they comped us and handled that well. Make sure you try Strada Roma around the block from the hotel - excellent, reasonably-priced food. Thanks to the hotel staff who were so helpful in giving us directions, booking an airport transfer, etc.

We enjoyed are stay here! Super close to the metro so we could go in and out of the city quickly! Very quiet and rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Only thing was the shower was super weird and we couldn’t figure out how which way to point the shower head because the water would start coming out or the shower.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Adèsso Hotel in Rome. It was close to the metro and not too far from the sites of the city center. The hotel and our room were impeccable clean and comfortable. They offer the most delicious breakfast as well. It was hand's down the best place we stayed while touring around Europe!!
