"Hotel is excellent with very helpful staff and free airport shuttle service which is very helpful. The buffet breakfast was awesome. We even had dinner which was also too good with so many things to eat and we were so full, we could not eat the delicious looking desserts. Drinking water is directly not served in the room as bottles but a pitcher is given which we need to fill from a water dispenser which could be improved I would say. Rest everything is good. If you have a flight from Narita Airport, this hotel is best to choose as per pricing and amenities"

"It was our first time in Japan and our flight landed at 9pm. We got on the free shuttle and it was very easy to locate. The hotel room was surprisingly huge and we had amenities including pyjamas. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a lot of variety and the food was really tasty. Air conditioning was not great but there were fans and humidifiers available to rent for free on our floor, so we rented one. There was a currency exchange machine at the lobby and a Family Mart convenience store within the premises, where i did my luggage transfer swiftly and effortlessly. We spent two days at Gateway Hotel before moving to Tokyo and we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the mall in Narita, where we got a feel of the area. We also got the free shuttle bus to the train station when we checked out. In all, it was a very pleasant stay and i would stay here again when next i visit."
