"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus.
The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot.
It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"This is a hostel but I booked a private room - this was an amazing room with a bed downstairs and the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
It's in an amazing location and the view from my room was great"

Fantastic hospitality and service. We booked a one night stay (very late as we were at the superb vineyard down the road and arrived after just 2 hours later) but this was no trouble. We were greeted first by the owner's lovely daughter and then the owner who made us feel welcome immediately. The room was basic but very clean and pretty. A nice touch to be able to buy beer, wine, snacks etc. out of hours from the large 'minibar' fridge in the hall ir local chianti in the room. The breakfast was...

Booked one night here o our way to Arezzo for a 2 week Tuscany holiday. The concierge was most helpful taking the wheel of our hire car to drive it through the very narrow drive to the parking. He was also helpful in suggesting bars + restaurants in the centre.

I was worried about a bedbug issue as I saw a comment after booking but the single room I stayed was clean. However, I would not recommend if you are too sensitive to sound as you can hear the water running through the pipe in the wall all night. The sound did not bother me that much.

Perfect location for the airport (5 minute walk) and 10 minute walk to the train station, so great for a stop over. The family were friendly and very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even a great coffee machine! For a budget hotel it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable and highly recommended. Would stay here again. Easy for the Railway Station and Exhibition Centre plus tourist attractions not far.

above average hostel.
From my observations, the hostel was rebuilt from a hotel property: the room with the hotel-like keys, yard with swimming pool.
The hostel was packed by more than hundreds of tourists raging from family to backpackers.
Cons: kitchen has a curfew time.

Was welcomed by a member of staff and they explained everything clearly. Buffet was very good & vegetarian friendly. Only stayed one night, I was able to leave my bag for a few hours before I caught my train.

This is not the property for you if you have accessibility issues. Or if you like everything neat and tidy, consistent and predictable. This apartment has been converted out of the stables of a 15th Century Town Palace, this means walls in odd places, different floor heights, tight spiral staircase, and old plaster painted over, there is not a lot of natural light, I think this is what most bad reviewers pick up on, so if you like big natural windows and views you will not find them here. ...
