"This trip had all the ingredients of pending doom. Lost ID so none to check in with, frozen credit cards etc. I would like to say that Priscilla at the front desk saved me from homelessness in San Jose. On top of it all there was a mistake in my booking dates and working with Expedia was like getting a root canal. However Priscilla made a few calls, going well beyond the scope of her responsibilities to ensure i had a roof over my head and worked around a number of cancelled credit cards. Highly recommended for the staff. recently updatd and great overall value. Piece of strong advice - stay way from booking via a 3rd party like Expedia where you are juat a number. Call them direct and book so you can sleep at night which was the whole point."

Super friendly and helpful, such amazing service. So informative and made sure if we needed anything to just give her a call at the front desk or just ask anytime we were in the lobby. Cecilia went above and beyond my expectations...really top notch service!"
