"Very clean and comfortable space. Owners have great communication and check in/out was very easy. Included nice amenities such as beach towels and a cooler. Only cons are it is much further from everywhere than expected, definitely not walking distance to really anywhere. Walls are also very thin to you can hear neighbors easily so if you're a light sleeper, it may not be the place for you"

"Clean hotel. Room was comfortable. We did tend to have a difficult time finding staff to check in or for questions but they were very nice when we did. I have not received my deposit back just yet so I will update my review if and when that happens. We did not damage anything but other reviews mentioned issues with getting their deposit back so I’m anxiously waiting."

"This hotel is as advertised. Simple. Sparse. No muss, no fuss. The communication with management was really good. Parking is tricky. Street parking only. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head in an interesting neighborhood for a low cost, this is great. "

"Stayed here during a girls trip and at first it seemed nice but once we got settled in we noticed all of the things that made this place not worth it. The kitchen baseboards were falling apart, the utensils were dirty and the small stove was dirty as well. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and the couch had a stain on it. Property was not cleaned on a daily basis there was a mess in the lobby for several days. The patio and the furniture outside was dirty. The chairs near the pool were not clean. Tv did not work we were able to turn it on once but did not turn on again. Also the WiFi sucks was barely able to get 2 bars if I was lucky. It could be a nice place if it was cleaned properly on a daily basis but it clearly is not. "

"Fantastic service. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was amazing and the view from the rooftop bar was awesome. Room was tidied and cleaned daily. Thanks for having us!"
