"The hotel location is ok, not in the center of Condado main action, closest restaurant is 15 minutes walk and the best parts of the town with more restaurants and shops is over 20 minutes walk. The partial ocean view was not worth it, there is a tall building right in front of the hotel that blocks the entire view of the beach. So basically the view is of the parking lot and the back of the tall building. So I'd suggest not paying extra for the view, the pool is located in a different hotel a block away. we did not use the pool or the jacuzzi. The beach is accesible from outside the hotel, they give you beach towels and there is always Gabriel on the beach to sell you day-use chairs and umbrellas, very convenient. Also we did not have trouble parking, there is easy parking on Taft street a block away and we ended up moving the car right in front of the hotel after we return from dinner as there was plenty room on the block. It is difficult to unload from your car if you arrive driving in the middle of the day. But you can unload and park on the next block."

"Our check in process was really disorganized. At times, some of the staff members were rude. I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value. "
