And to lock your room you have to turn the handle up, lock it and then let go (it was a little tricky to figure this out). Beside that I really recommend station here, it is quiet, near a lot of places, clean and super pretty."

"I like that the cleaning stuff was very pleasant. I had a bad experience with one of the valley parking people outside, they were very rude and very nasty. It was a female with glasses. I like that we were able to use the Sister hotel when needed. I didn’t like the fact that there is no actual breakfast area. I had to go to the Sister hotel to have a good breakfast. The elevator was out of order the whole time that we were there so there was only one elevator that was in use so it took a long time to get to your room waiting for only one elevator."

"The staff was great. The hotel was clean. I had a poolside room, amazing. The hotel bar sells overpriced mediocre drinks, just go across the street to the Supermax and grab a bottle of your favorite spirit. Overall great stay. My only complaint is that the key cards would not work properly. I probably went through about 6."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and in an excellent location. There is a grocery store closeby, within a block, which is convenient. One downfall is the lack of sufficient kitchen utensils. No drinking glasses or cups, only one teaspoon and no forks at all. The pots and pans could use an upgrade as well. One thing to note, the power was out on our second day there, however the main living room A/C unit and one bedroom A/C unit stayed running. All of the A/C units work extremely well! "

"What a beautiful no frills boutique hotel centrally located between beaches, artsy districts, and a bus ride away from Old San Juan. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but a homey family run accommodation with beautiful surrounding plant life a pool and balcony to spend your warm nights. I would stay here again. "
