"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Gorgeous rustic style small hotel with lovely friendly staff. Great breakfast Up in the hills so need a car but quiet and peaceful. Nice outdoor pool. Only 20 mins drive from old part of Las Palmas"

"The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future "
