I saw the hotel was rated 9.4. I have never stayed anywhere that was rated that high, I was sceptical. It really is a 10, low cost, new, clean, smiling/engaging employees, breakfast and dinner. I can't figure out how they do it, best hotel I've ever stayed at in my 67 years.

I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Breakfast was good although repetitive and fairly limited. For example, same thing every day. Sausage was tasty but never had bacon. I never found fruit. We did not use the pool.
