After I paid for my room, the desk clerk said I had to pay another $3.50 for a “safe fee”, but it would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. I never even used the safe. The fee hasn’t been refunded yet. :(

The hotel was nice. My room was nice and clean. They had the air on when I arrived. The location was perfect. It’s a 9 minute walk to the Alamodome and 12 minute walk to the mall.. everything was conveniently located and within walking distance. I’ll b back
