"The rooms are good. I do believe they could us some maintenance. The outlets are very loose. Trying to plug in a phone is difficult when the plug falls out of the jack. The gyms is ok The treadmills need maintenance. One hasn't worked for nearly a month - yes we have come back a couple times."

"Very basic accommodation, very old TV, poor amenities, you get 2 small bottles of water in the room, no other access to water in hotel unless you go down to reception to ask. Wasn’t up to Savoy standard "

"Service is great and breakfast was quite good. Rooms at least in the lower floors (4th) have seen better days and they feel tired. Only complaint that keep me from booking more in this hotel is the coldness. It is extremely cold in the rooms, in the lobby lounge and in the restaurants. Even you turn of the aircon in rooms, it is still very cold into the point that you feel like getting a flu. It also causes the food to be cold when they will bring it to you in the lounge or restaurant."
