"Very nice Breakfast was ok but hotel is very nice"

"Friendly and efficient check in and the room had everything required with mini bar, lots of mirrors, good lighting options, black out curtains and a comfortable bed. The only issue was that the air conditioning would stop and start, waking me up. The balcony and jacuzzi bath were great added bonuses. The centre of Rome was easily accessible by metro in around 20 minutes. Overall great value for money."

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."

"Don't discount the hotel restaurant. Not much around the neighborhood to choose from but the hotel menu and food were great"

"Amazing place to stay when in Rome. Clean, kid friendly, environmentally friendly, pet friendly, and more. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt like at home, safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!!! "

"The room itself was nice. However, when I entered the room they didn’t refill the water or the tea/coffee station. The breakfast selection is standard European breakfast but they do not have any prepared fruits available. The air condition is disabled until May 1 so the room was humid and muggy. Keep that in mind if you are travelling. "

"Showers flooded our first room poorly designed showers that don't drain properly doors didn’t close flooded the bathroom. Body wash was almost empty in our second room since we had to leave the first room. Bed in the first room very hard basically a box spring. They did accommodate us to a new room but same issue with the shower. My recommendation would be to have maintenance install properly equipped showers that don't leak water because it’s dangerous to have water leak with electronics or if someone falls. Every hotel must have body wash that is filled all the way up. Also have shampoo and conditioner too and lotion. Having previously worked in a hotel myself it wasn’t designed very well. Staff were nice though and it wasn’t really much they could do and it wasn’t their fault."

"The restaurant was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s very easy to get to if traveling from Airport to the hotel by train. Safe area. I will be staying with them next time I am in Rome!"
