"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. "The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm...

"Excellent location. Close walking distance to the beach and to the historic town. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Great car garage. Quiet area. We were able to use the beach chairs at no cost since we went out of season. Breakfast was really good. Had a balcony with clothes line to dry out wet bathing suits. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel, which was clean, well furnished and decorated. The location of the hotel is in a quite part, close to the beach and within walking distance of the old part of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when trying to find a place to eat on December 25th. Breakfast offerings are simple but abundant. Sperlonga comes alive during the summer months and for the rest of the year it appears to be boarded up. The hotel's restaurant also is not...
