Mr. Rafeek, Nermeen by the pool, Adel, Ramadan, Aya health center, and every single staff member, I’ll run out of space, simply goes above and beyond your expectations. Like I said it’s the only hotel I like to spend my vacation at. Highly recommended!"

"One of the best places I stayed in Morocco. The hosts are extremely hospitable and arranged everything very smoothly. The food (especially the breakfast) was just so amazing and all the staff was very kind too. Location is couldn't be better. Highly recommend this place and if you are debating don't think twice. "

"Tour buses and vans use a different entrance (farther from registration desk) than limo/taxis.
Floor plan can be a bit confusing at first, especially arriving very tired at night."
"The extra paid for the Butler's Pantry option was not good value. There was extremely little in the way of snacks which were not replaced, and by evening there was virtually nothing there. The room itself was very cold and not pleasant to sit in.
In the main breakfast dining room there were no cups and drinking glasses which had to be requested and then it took a long time for only a few to come and those were quickly snapped up.
Floor of the room was not clean."
"Great place to stay. It’s well-maintained and clean. The staff here are amazing. You will always be the priority and will make you feel homes the location of the property is also great with the Nile beside you with different activities and amenities close by. Also don’t miss out the food at the hotel which is also a treat during your stay"
