Our stay here was amazing with stunning views of the mountains from our room. The owner and her family were so welcoming.
The only negative was that we only stayed one night!

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The team kindly upgraded us to mountain-facing rooms, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The reception team was always helpful, and they even packed food for our bus journey when we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay.
An amazing hotel with warm hospitality and a team that really looks after its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

Nice cabin like hotel. Staff were helpful & welcoming. Rooms good size. Bathroom were of good size, but the sink leaked. The tub didn’t look like its drainage was put correctly. Breakfast unfortunately was not satisfactory. Location was good and walking distance to restaurants, cafe & station.

The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out.

Truly marvel in the center of Sapa.
No other hotel like it with amazing decor, views and amenities.
Sapa is beautiful but you won’t mind rainy days when staying here! Top top hotel.

The room was really big, and the staff were very polite and kind letting us check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. Good location, slept very well here!

Lovely place to stay in a stunning location. Room was beautiful, main area/dining/reception was like an eco lodge which was really nice and family run, friendly informal place. Food was so good at the restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here!

An amazing hotel with amazing views and friendly and welcoming staff. Feels like a family home! The bungalow is comfortable and the balcony has stunning views of the mountains. Food is great too. It is like the luxury homestay - it is not cheap but you really get what you pay for. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it.
