"We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. "

"Staff was helpful… not easy to find initially as Grab dropped us at the wrong spot and we had to call the hotel to pick us up (which they did!). Nice location, amazing view with solid dining options in the area. Loved the cats and the lovely breakfasts."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. Martin went way beyond expectations and was very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Even after we left for Hanoi he contacted us to warn about possible heavy rain and flooding. I highly recommend this great hotel. "
