Regrettably, we only stayed one night when travelling to Sapa for a two day tour. The hotel is a perfect retreat for tired travellers. We should have stayed at least 4 days, if not a week or more to truly explore this most interesting region of Vietnam. My recommendation is to stay longer and make sure you book a valley view room, sit on the balcony and breathe…. So peaceful, just wonderful.

Such a lovely property. Modern hotel with the best views! Surprised people don’t select this place. The grounds are gorgeous! There are art sculptures on the property too. People are helpful and friendly. 3 nights is worth it there. Stay on the higher floors 4 and above for best view of the countryside.

Points positifs : Très belle vue sur la vallée de Sapa, chambres spacieuses et literie confortable. Petit déjeuner varié À améliorer : accueil / réception / Check out : niveau d’anglais moyen , perdus dans les réservations. Dans la chambre , vue sur la vallée mais également sur un parc ‘Instagram’ pour prendre des photos qui mettait la musique très tôt le matin. Rideau occultant d’une des chambres qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et au final , nous avons dû payer les bouteilles d’eau au frais / rien n’a ete indiqué au moment du Check in. Hôtel à dix minutes à pied du centre ville/ mais il vaut mieux prendre la navette car ce n’est pas tout plat

Unser Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' in SaPa war einfach großartig! Alles war super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf die Berge war atemberaubend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' wirklich genossen und würden es ohne Zweifel jedem empfehlen, der SaPa besucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!"
