We didn’t spend any time in the hotel, other than getting showered, dressed and sleeping, so for our purpose, it was fine. We didn’t want to spend more on a hotel that we knew we wouldn’t be spending any time in. There are no amenities, so if you’re looking for amenities, look into other hotels nearby. "Great location, great room!!!! Door lock had an issue, fixed but had to slam all week. Front desk staff not great. Asked for an extra night and was told to wait to the following day as reservation staff had gone home. Be aware there is no early or late food or drinks and they invalidate your room key before the 11 am checkout"

"Beautiful resort and amazing room; we will definitely come back again - we got the deluxe one bedroom suite and it was perfect for me, my husband and our 3yr old toddler; food is incredible and lots of options (recommend reserving ahead for dinner) - the all inclusive is definitely great as you don’t even need to sign anything, you show up, eat and leave which is great esp for kids who can be unpredictable at the dinner table ; beaches are shallow with extremely calm water which is great for little kids and the pools are great - esp the family one - the only suggestion for the resort is to add more golf carts for transport but overall we definitely felt like we were in a 5 star luxury resort"

"Staff very friendly always helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff, life guard and room cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere around the pool nice little pool bar for snacks and drinks, I was here in peak season and no trouble getting a sunbed as long as your there by about 10am there’s always a few about but maybe not with shade if you get there too late. Food selection was great in the morning and evening, an evening meal is 16 euro and it’s a all you can eat buffet style so it’s very good value for the amount you can have, the air con in my room worked very well even though it was up to 39c while I was here it had no trouble keeping my room nice and cool. Very well situated hotel a wide selection of shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and more further on into cala millor and beyond, cala bona and cala millor are both very nice clean friendly places with all you can need in terms of entertainment from the quiet bars to a few louder bigger bars with live music, food at restaurants was lovely and such a wide selection and I was never once disappointed with anything I ate or drank, I would absolutely come here again it feels safe and very friendly"
