"It was a very nice area and staff were great. Location was within walking distance to dinner, wine, and dessert. The room we had was quiet and had everything we needed for a family of four. We will be staying here again if we ever visit in the future. "

"Excellent, calm place with a view of trees of a natural park nearby (if you don't book the sea view). Delicious catering, aside from other hotels and loud center - ideal for families with kids."

Loved it

"Amazing reception staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us when it transpired there was a problem with our booking. All other staff were so hardworking, polite and helpful - iberostar please give them a raise! Food was delicious and entertainment was fab, we particularly enjoyed the acrobats and the kids loved the Moana themed show. Didn’t use the kids club but it looked great and the staff were awesome. Kids pool was a big hit with our littles. Thankyou for a fab holiday! "

"Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures. Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too. The room was always cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. Water pressure was decent with the shower and having a bath was a nice touch too. Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony. In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night. Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night. "
