Very clean, lovely staff, great facilities (we loved the pool!), good food quality and a lot to choose between, both for breakfast and dinner. Comfortable beds. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach. We are extremely happy with our stay! Strongly recommend!

The rooms are a great size, and super clean. All staff really friendly. Pool area a nice size, and spa area an added touch. The gym looked very good for a hotel gym, with cable machines, bench, rack etc. Food could be more varied, but was perfectly tasty.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff is super friendly, especially Dani from the children animation. She does the kidsclub and disco with so much love and dedication. Pur daughter really liked it. We would come back with our baby son!

The room was a good size, everything worked and was comfortable. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished a few years ago and although the layout of having the rooms around a central concrete atrium is a little strange, we enjoyed the stay and would go back. The breakfast was extremely good.

En famille avec deux enfants de 8 et 12 ans, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est apaisante, les chambres silencieuses, le personnel tres sympathique. En demi pension, nous nous sommes regalés à chaque repas en ayant toujours une table disponible. La piscine est propre et accueillante. Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde, pas besoin de courir le matin à l'ouverture! La salle de sport avec vue sur la piscine est agréable et permet de jeter un œil sur ses progénitures pendant la séance! Enfin, le village de Porto Colom est un havre de paix préservé du tourisme de masse que l'on a quand meme pu voir lors de nos balades à Cala d'or, Cala Marcal ou encore Palma.

Bonjour, L’hôtel était superbe. Propre, récent et très bien entretenu . Le personnel était vraiment au top. Serviable, souriant et patient même avec les clients tatillons. Le seul bémol les infrastructures de piscine. Équipée pour les familles elle a effectivement eu cet usage. Résultat des enfants partout et pas vraiment de place dans l’eau pour les adultes. On s’en remet…. Finalement, très bon établissement. Nous recommandons vivement.
