"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

Beautiful sea views, house extremely clean, well-prepared for guests and thoughtfully furnished. Very generous treats on arrival and extremely clear and helpful advice from the owners, Louise and Louis. Also near so many beautiful and interesting places to visit. A wonderful break! We have just re-booked and can not wait to return. FANTASTIC! "

"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....
