"Ice machine by our room was out of service and never was told where the next closest one was, smell of weed was overwhelming in the hallway the first night and the morning we left bathroom sink drained very slowly and the counter was very low probably for handicap accessibility but I had to bend over to wash my hands probably should save that room for someone who needs the counter that low. Front desk agent upon check in gave directions to my room but never said the room number just wrote what looked like 3 lines on the card sleeve turns out they were ones and only found that out when I went back to ask what the room number was. Room was clean breakfast was ok but they didn’t have orange juice had replaced it with cranberry juice. Also for people coming to the area for sports tournaments with early games breakfast starting at 7 on the weekends can be a little late we had to miss breakfast because we had to leave by 7 the second day."
