"This hotel is just OK, it could use a refresh. The beds definitely need to be changed out."

"Wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price. The hotel was LOUD - sounds echoed from the time breakfast starts, and anytime someone walked in the hallways. My room door was also broken so the front desk person had to unlock with a manual key and then I couldn’t leave again unless I got them to unlock again. One of my towels was dirty."

"Breakfast was terrible, skipped it and did Dunkin’ Donuts both mornings right up the street. Place could use a good cleaning in common areas. Beds were very comfortable with good pillows and room was quiet. Price was right. I would stay here again if in the area. Good location on interstate. Is located adjacent to large industrial park which was great for walking in the mornings and evenings although no sidewalks. "

"Club connected to the hotel it wasn’t a problem just find that different. To tired to go but next time I’m in town I definitely would."

"Didn’t like the staff had to change rooms because it smelled like an old smoky place. Ugly building. Rating needs to come down. I would have gladly paid more for a better hotel. This is a lower tier hotel "

"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."
