"Room was clean and well lit, staff was cordial, but not terribly friendly. Wendy’s & gas station within walking distance but not much else. No coffee or tea in the room, only thin plastic cups. Some ants near the night stand. Okay if you just need to catch a few hours of sleep and a shower."

"This hotel has a monopoly given its location. The staff is one of the nicest, in particular the guys outside helping with parking and luggage. However, the hotel needs a makeover. The rooms are tiny, in doubles no queen beds but full. The gym is pathetic (the main machine is missing handles so it is almost useless). Dinner food was ok to good, red wine was bad. But again, helpful and lovely staff."

"Loved the Continental breakfast and the room and amenities are spectacular. I must give special mention to Sandra, at the Front Desk. What a lovely woman. Always with a smile and friendly word. She is a true Gem to your hotel. Keep smiling my Island sister!"

"Very clean and large room. Our room was in a separate building from the main building, but the location was excellent. We would stay there again. The only negative, I'm a tea drinker in the morning, there was a Kureg with plenty of coffee but no tea. The phone in the room didn't work, according to the welcome book, if any issues just call the front desk on the in room phone. Since that wasn't working, my husband had to get dressed and walk down to the main building to get some tea. He did try calling on his cell but no one picked up."

"The water in the pool was cloudy and didn’t appear clean. There was mold in the hot tub. Ugh"

"After a long flight arriving in lobby just before midnight with my daughter and granddaughter who is 15 months old t indicated when I reserved my room I needed a porta crib which website indicates is provided at no additional charge to provide a safe sleeping arrangement. The person in lobby said no crib available than suddenly said oh yes an additional $50 upcharge! He was rude long story short my granddaughter was not provided a crib we were given extra pillows and she fell from the bed. Incident report filed and yet to hear back from company "

"Fine for 1 night; but not sure if I would stay longer. Property was under maintenance and back parking lot seemed a bit sketchy. Tiny fitness room had broken glass on the floor. Staff was friendly but asked many more questions than usual at check in (could be because someone was training though). 2/3 of the outlets in the room didn’t work and one that did had a fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged into it (not exactly the safest). Breakfast was fine but was a bit on the cheaper side with options and they seemed very concerned about people taking food from it. I also had to send them a reminder I checked out at 9am that day when they followed up with me later in the evening asking when I was leaving. Room was clean and convenient. Parking above was fine and many amenities around. So just ok."
