"Clean room, quiet too"

"We were staying with a group of under 10 football players. The amenities were perfect for group, breakfast was great and the staff was helpful."

"Room was clean but staff never replenished water bottles or coffee bar. Had to ask at front desk for coffee cups repeatedly. Staff never apologetic. Door locks changed during middle of stay with no notice. Had to go to front desk and was just told matter of factly that locks had been changed and was given key without apology. Several plugs in room didn’t work. TV had to be restarted numerous times during stay. Staff was aware of problem because I called the first time it happened and staff told me how to resolve the problem. Very annoying. "

"Great location, large rooms, friendly staff. Disappointed that the restaurants next door don’t open for breakfast on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. "

"Unkept hotel, breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was cold, and the entire area was unkept and food, not replenished. Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was"
