"This hotel smelled dirty, looked dirty and felt dirty. Pool, gross. Lobby, gross. No towels, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers in bathroom. Our sink was dirty and clogged. After asking for towels for 2 straight days I was finally given the tiniest, worn looking towels i’ve ever seen. They looked like something you would use to wash your car. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left this hotel immediately. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean, so I at least felt ok with my family sleeping in them! The rest, yuck."

"Good variety for Breakfast, most staff friendly and welcoming, been visiting this location for years. However one staff member on this trip ,need serious retraining in customer service, staff are there to serve the customer ,and not for the customers to serve you , if you don’t have guests /customers then you are not needed for the position. Will still book this location again. Great location , easy to get to attractions from here ."
