"We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Alaya! The staff was amazing- always ready to help make our stay comfortable. Housekeeping was done twice a day. Breakfast was excellent and included both a buffet and a menu to order from. They customized many options for us to vegetarian versions. The hotel also arranged day trips for us with a personal driver for sightseeing. Yoga Barn was nextdoor so it was an easy walk back after an evening class. There were many restaurants for dinner options within walking distance. I would highly recommend Alaya to anyone visiting Ubud."

The front desk was very accessible, and we were able to communicate with them seamlessly through WhatsApp, where they helped us schedule our activities for the following day. There’s a really special energy throughout the space, with a strong sense of gratitude and authenticity that you can feel during your stay.
