We loved everything about the resort…the friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, the grounds were beautifully kept, the room clean and spacious…outstanding!
We also took in two performances and the art museum.
We highly recommend this wonderful resort.
The Arma Museum and Resort is an outstanding place. The staff is wonderful, attentive, friendly, and super efficient. The gounds are beautiful beyond compare and the breakfast is fabulous. We've stayed at the Arma 4 times and we'll be back!
The hotel was excellent, we loved it. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed, the staff were very friendly and always smiling. I can definitely recommend it.
A nice aspiring resort (a little on the smaller side compared to some larger). Service is very good, they really try to make you happy. Breakfast is solid. Location also is good, across the street from grocery store, walking distance to downtown and motorbike rental.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at the Arma museum and resort, we stayed in a villa with a private pool.
This resort is for those looking for peaceful, lush green surrounding which have been beautifully and lovingly maintained. Our villa was spacious and had a rustic authentic Balinese charm, not polished and sterile but clean and full of character. Each and every member of staff was helpful and polite, a real credit to the resort. 100% recommended
The hotel is centrally located walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is the best. The service is awesome. I would stay here again.
Outside the gates, it was noisy but inside the resort was peaceful and quiet. A sanctuary. Beautifully landscaped with statues, water features, ponds and trees and flowers.
Great restaurants and art gallery, plus live shows with great music and traditional costumes and dancing.
My partner and I stayed at Arma Hotel for 3 nights on holiday. This resort was the oasis we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Here we were able to be present and felt grounded by the nature within the resort.
The grounds are beautifully kept. The museum was a wonderful way to get to know the heart of Balinese culture. We met painters while wandering around the museum and loved getting to know them and hearing about their work.
The people are extremely friendly and genuinely interested in connecting with you and helping you get what you are looking for out of your stay. The front desk was very accessible, and we were able to communicate with them seamlessly through WhatsApp, where they helped us schedule our activities for the following day.
There’s a really special energy throughout the space, with a strong sense of gratitude and authenticity that you can feel during your stay. If you are looking to get to know the heart of the Balinese people through art, nature, and spirituality, then this is the place for you.
We also highly recommend the golden hour tour!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice gardens and museums, facilities such as toilets and AC need some upgrades
Stunning set up! The spa was amazing with very reasonable prices including a 20% discount for guests staying there. Restaurant dinner was really good. Breakfast choices were not that great so we settled for the fantastic eggs from the live egg station.Egg dishes cooked to perfection! Their art gallery was pretty. Our room size was huge. Recommend the addition of black out curtains as there was too much light from night lights and sunlight streaming into the room.Super friendly polite service. Must wear insect spray when walking around the premises as quite a lot of mosquitos which is expected. The highlight of the place is the nature surroundings and stone art that took my breath away! I would definitely recommend the place!
This Villa is truly amazing. It was everything we hoped for. James and Annie and staff took care of every need. The property is clean and huge.
If i were to say anything for feedback is that we had no blankets for the bed. It is tropical and perhaps for most, no blankets are required. But i needed more than a sheet. With air on it did get cool at night. So we used a towel to add additional cover. But thats just us, as Canadians. It would have been nice to have the option.
The food was amazing and staff service impeccable. The pool is glorious! Villa is situated so nothing is too far.
Thank you for a memorable trip
It's a beautiful tranquil escape from the busy city traffic and at the same time it's steps away from said city and shops when you're ready to venture out. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They made special decorative arrangements knowing we were staying there for our wedding anniversary. On mornings when we had 2am and 4am wakeup calls for our excursions they prepared breakfast boxes and had them for us as we passed reception on way out.
We stayed in the villa with private pool. Minor remark is that the shower plumbing had noticable wear and cracks causing water to spray in directions outside of the shower stall. It was fine for us and didn't affect our satisfaction. For the relative price of this place you're getting +++ value compared to small run-down hotel rooms in western countries.
We would definitely come back!
No words to explain our gratitude to this hotel and its people. The place it’s beautiful and the service that we received was outstanding. We had day trips with Dewa Dharma and also with Gus, the drivers, they make us feel like in home
