"Check in was a complete shambles ! We booked a superior room ? The room was so small we had no room to move around , with a suitcase of 28inch a medium case we could not open the bathroom door , no safe , no phone or anyway of contacting reception, we asked for the room to be made up upon our return they had put a roll of toilet paper on the bed , the only thing that had been done. "
