"It was amazing. Although very far from the city and we had a cloudy few days, the spa, amenities and staff were amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and it was very easy to communicate with staff via Whatsapp or in person. The shuttle service was great, the booked tour with the hotel worked perfectly, restaurants were good and it was a great stay. Highly recommend a trip to Aito in the rovaniemi area. "Very basic hotel, location is great but staff is not friendly at all, esp the blonde lady with glasses. Bed is very hard, thin mattress on divan. Pillow is very flimsy and uncomfortable. Bathroom has a bit of smell from the pipe, soap is terrible so bring your own. Breakfast was acceptable, not the best but at least there are some toast & jam."
